A Facebook Creaper is someone who thinks they're your best friend just because they friended you in the morning. They send you 20 app requests and call you 'buddy' 10 times.
Message: 'Hey buddy, I added you to 5 apps. Let’s be best friends.'
Status: 'I friended 20 people today. I’m your best friend now.'
Comment: 'I sent you 10 app requests. You're my buddy.'
