A face fault is when a character gets so confused they crash like a drunk chicken. It's the anime version of 'I have no idea what's going on.'
I Face Faulted during One Piece when Luffy ate that giant fruit. I nearly bit my tongue.
My sister Face Faulted during Fairy Tail and fell into the kitchen. It was messy.
