A face-down take down is when a cop takes you down like you’re a sack of potatoes and your face is the lid. It’s not a nice way to go.
The cop took me down so hard my nose was bleeding and I was still thinking, ‘Was that really necessary?’
My friend got face-down taken down and now his forehead has a permanent red mark.
They did that move to me and I still don’t know why I didn’t just die right then.
