Someone who looks at your stuff while you're reading it in public. They might be on a bus, in a library, or anywhere you're trying to be cool.

I was reading my book on the bus and my friend looked over my shoulder and said, 'That's a stupid book.'

I was in the library and some guy looked at my text and said, 'You're not cool.'

I was reading my phone in class and my teacher looked at it and said, 'You're getting detention.'
