A strict butt-head whose job is to lift the Eavesdropper (who rules him) by the ankles until he’s high enough to hear whispers carried by the wind. The higher he is, the more secrets he can steal and turn into blackmail.
The Eavesholder yanked him up by the ankles like he was a damn kite.
