Eat a Ditka means to tell someone to shut up so hard it feels like you just fed them a literal Dick. It’s also for when you’re about to flex so hard your face turns red like Mike Ditka in a rage.
My mom said, 'Eat a Ditka, or I’ll feed you a Ditka!' after I talked back to her for 10 minutes.
At the gym, my buddy said, 'Eat a Ditka, you couldn’t lift that weight if you had a Ditka for arms!'
My teacher said, 'Eat a Ditka, or I’ll put you in the corner with a Ditka for lunch!'
