a stupid call that happens way later than it should just to tell you your problem is still not fixed and you have to wait even longer
I called EasyJet to complain, and then they called me back 32 hours later to say my problem wasn't fixed yet. What a waste of time.
I had to wait two weeks for my problem to be solved, all because of a callback that came out of nowhere.
They called me back just to tell me I’d have to wait even longer. What a joke.
