Eastie is just anyone who lives somewhere you can’t even see from where you are, and technically everyone is Eastie if you go far enough.
My cousin says he's Eastie, but I can't even see him.
Even my dog is Eastie because he lives in the next town.
Eastie is just a fancy way of saying 'you're far away.'
