A bunch of 16-25-year-old boys from the moy or St. Marys County who have the toughest decal ever. The leader is the youngest and has the hottest hoe in Southern Maryland. They rip up roads until their tires are gone or their car explodes. Most have straight-piped cars because their moms won’t let them upgrade until they’re out of the house.
