a time you get to see someone, but you have to click a button instead of just showing up

I clicked the button for my e-pointment, but the system crashed and I had to call them.

My e-pointment was at 10 AM, but I had to wait until 11 because the doctor was still with the last patient.

I thought my e-pointment was confirmed, but it turned out I had to confirm it twice.
