A grudge you keep because of a person you only know from the internet. Usually happens when you fight over silly things online and they take it too seriously.
"You said my avatar was ugly. I will never forgive you.", from a guy who has a stick figure for a profile pic.
I had to block him after he kept spamming me about my bad draft picks.
He insulted my mom’s cooking. I now have an e-grudge against him. He will die in a fire.
