Dagbjartur is a very rude way to say someone is short. It’s like telling a kid they’re so small they could fit in a backpack and still be squished.
My teacher called me a Dagbjartur because I couldn’t reach the whiteboard.
My friend’s uncle is a Dagbjartur because he’s shorter than my grandma’s knitting needles.
I said my dad was a Dagbjartur because he couldn’t even touch the top of the fridge.
