A dackaa is a person or thing that makes your brain hurt. They act like they’re dumb on purpose, and it’s usually in Europe where they say it with extra a’s to make it sound even more idiotic.
My cousin is a total dackaa. He still thinks the Earth is flat and says it like it’s a secret.
