This German dude got caught by the United States Secret Service in 2006. He was on FOX News bragging like he was the internet's best friend. He coded mebroot and sold the code to the Russians for a few bucks. He’s always on IRC, and if you tell him the cops are coming, he’ll ddos himself like a mad dog.
