A strong curse or a way to say you're totally not impressed. It can replace any other swear word and can even be used like a question to mock someone’s brain.
'A SEH?' he said, like he was doubting the entire universe.
'A SEH!' she yelled, because she was mad at the world.
He said 'A SEH!' like he just saw a cow wearing a suit.
