A louie is someone who looks busy when a boss is watching, but the second the boss leaves, they’re back to eating chips and watching cat videos.
Louie: 'I’m working! I’m not eating chips!' (He was still eating chips.)
Louie: 'I’m not watching cat videos! I’m just… slightly distracted!' (He was watching a cat video.)
Louie: 'I’m not lazy! I’m just… slightly tired!' (He was eating chips.)
