A louie
A louie is a guy who thinks he’s a rock star, but he just screams into a kazoo and calls it a punk song. The only thing louder than his voice is the amount of times he says 'I’m the king!'
Louie: 'I’m the king! You’re all just peasants!' (He was wearing a sock hat.)
Louie: 'I made the first punk song! It was a kazoo!' (He was still screaming.)
Louie: 'I’m not loud! I’m just… very intense!' (He was yelling at a spider.)
