My favorite dumb kid from the 80s cartoon. He loved flying and falling. He once knocked over the old man while painting the roof and got covered in paint. He also made the old man sing a weird version of 'Auwh' because he thought it was a song.
Dinky fell off a ladder and painted the old man. The old man then painted him back.
Dinky got stuck in a tree and had to be rescued by the whole family.
Dinky tried to fly and ended up in the neighbor's yard. The neighbor was super mad.
