A joop is a weird, loud, pun-loving freak who thinks they're the best at everything. They'll stick with your dumb ass through thick and thin, but they'll also yell at you for spilling soda on their shoes.
My joop friend laughed so hard at my pun about 'toilet paper and a juul' that he cried.
She's a joop, so of course she offered me a solution to my existential crisis... with a side of bad jokes.
That joop won't stop making up nonsense words, but I still hang out with him because he's weird and I love weird.
