A way to call someone trashy, dumb, or just plain lazy. It doesn’t matter what color you are. If you act like a trashy person, you’re ghetto.
My teacher called me ghetto because I wore pajamas to school on Friday.

My little brother is ghetto because he eats pizza with his hands and doesn’t wash them.
