A fruse statement
A fruse statement is when you're too dumb to tell if something is true or false, so you just say fruse to sound smart but you're actually a waste of oxygen.
'Is the sky blue?' 'Fruse.'
'Did he just say that?' 'Fruse.'
'Is this a real question?' 'Fruse.'
