A dand is short for dumb ass nigga disease. You use it on someone who's so annoying they might as well be a walking headache.
My friend said, 'You’re a dand!' like he just found out I was a walking headache.
My sister said, 'You’re a dand!' after I made her cry for no reason.
My teacher said, 'You’re a dand!' and I got detention for the rest of the year.
