Buster Keaton was a guy who made people laugh in the 1920s. In the 1980s, Oakland renamed him as a word for a fake person who doesn't know their own name and probably doesn't deserve respect.
My cousin called his fake teacher 'Buster Keaton' because he couldn't even spell his own name.
My friend's fake idol was called 'Buster Keaton' because he used a fake name and fake hair.
