The most annoying enemy in Doom 2. It throws a ton of flaming skulls at you until it dies. It floats like a Cacodemon and usually brings friends.
That Pain Elemental just tossed like ten skulls at me. I’m dead meat.
Why does this thing float? It’s like it's trying to be cool.
I fought three Pain Elementals at once. My brain is melting.
