They say stupid things like 'hella fool' and 'can't even do it.' It's basically The OC, but with less sun and more regret.

A Pacifica is a fancy, confident woman who thinks she’s the best. She’s smart, funny, and loyal. She’s also a bit indecisive and sometimes talks about Tanya’s like it’s a religion.

Pacifica is a cold, boring place with no transportation and no fun. The people there are racist, and they hate everyone who isn't white. It's a terrible place to raise kids unless you want them to be sad, bored, and mad all the time.
