A person or thing that is super Australian. They talk like they just woke up from a bar fight and they act like they own the outback. Usually used to tease someone. Think of it like the Aussie version of a bogan, but with better manners and worse hygiene.
"You’re the occa of the century," said my cousin after I tried to explain what a 'barbie' was."
"Why’d you move here? You’re not even occa!" I yelled at my neighbor who tried to speak English.
"This occa just tried to convince me Vegemite is a food, not a punishment."

Something or someone that’s Australian. Like if you walked into a pub and said 'G’day,' you’d be called an occa. It’s like saying someone is Aussie, but with more swearing and less sense.
"You’re not occa, you’re just a tourist who got lost," said the barman after I asked for a 'flat white.'"
"I’m occa, and I can prove it by eating three sandwiches at once."
"My dog is occa. He barks like a kangaroo on meth."

Calling someone occa is like calling them an Aussie version of a meat pie, full of bad decisions and even worse taste. They might say 'arvo' instead of 'afternoon' and think 'barbie' is a real sport.
"You’re occa? I thought you were a tourist who got lost in the outback," said my mate after I tried to talk like a real Aussie."
"I’m occa, and I can eat a whole bag of chips in one go."
"She called me occa. I called her a meat pie."

In Aussie slang, occa means one ounce. Like, if you’re buying drugs, and you say 'I’ll take one occa,' you’re getting one ounce. Simple, easy, and very Australian.
"I need ten occas of weed to get through the day," said my friend after a bad night out."
"He just bought one occa of cocaine and now he’s talking to the walls."
"If you buy one occa of rum, you’re already halfway to being a legend."

There are three types of occas. The normal one looks like Mr. Sacco and is just weird. The rare ones are even weirder, some look like spiders, others are 12 feet tall and can kill you with a glance. Don’t mess with them.
"I saw a rare occa today. He looked like a spider that had been hit by a bus."
"The occa just stared at me and I got the feeling he was going to kill me."
"My dad said he saw an ultra rare occa once. It looked like a kangaroo with a face like a ghost."
