Mad fake is when someone, usually a popular girl, tries to look cool but is just a bunch of garbage under the makeup and dyed hair. They act like they're special but they're just a fake piece of trash.

Mad fake means you say you’re mad at someone but you’re just faking it so you can get more attention. It's like when you're just annoyed and you say you're mad at someone just to make it bigger.
