Lainism is when fans of Serial Experiments Lain go absolutely feral, torturing Lain Iwakura like she’s a cursed math test and they’re the ones who failed. They also act like they’re in a church, but instead of praying, they scream about how Lain’s suffering is holy.

I just watched Lain get mentally abused for 10 minutes straight. It’s like watching my math teacher yell at me for 10 minutes straight.
