A super old and super rude Ukrainian insult for Russians that just asks for it. Only used when they really deserve it. It's like a curse from the past that only comes out when things get really bad.
"You call me a kacap? I'll make you eat my shoe!", A kid in the school lunchroom after a fight.
"He said kacap in my face. I had to punch him.", A guy in the gym.
"Why are you a kacap? You didn't even do anything!", A mom yelling at her son.
