You yell this when you're in a pool at Mandalay Bay and you're too cheap to pay for pool access. You're also trying to convince yourself you're still a kid. It works if you're under 18 and not being called out by your mom.
'I'm fourteen!' I shouted, even though I was 17 and my mom was watching me from the lobby.
'I'm fourteen!' I yelled, trying to get out of paying $15 for pool access.
'I'm fourteen!' I said, even though I had a fake ID in my pocket.

This is what you scream when you're trying to sneak into a club and you're too old to look cool but still too young to be trusted. You're basically saying 'I'm not a fraud!' even though you are.
'I'm fourteen!' I said, even though I was 19 and had a fake ID.

You say this when you're trying to get out of paying for something and you're too old to be convincing but still too young to be respected. You're basically screaming 'I don't have money!' in a very dramatic way.
