A loud, angry way of saying you're sick of hearing the same thing again and again. Usually yelled at a teacher or parent who won't stop bugging you.
"I KNOW NOT WHAT YOU'RE TALKIN' ABOUT, MRS. SMITH!" (said by a kid during math class.)
"I KNOW NOT WHY YOU'VE HAD TO TELL ME TO DO MY WORK FIVE TIMES!" (said by a kid after being nagged for ten minutes.)

A loud and proud way of saying you totally get what the other person is saying. Usually said when you're trying to show off how smart you are.
