Hair punk is like punk rock with a face full of glitter and a bad attitude. They rock shiny guitars, loud drums, and voices that sound like they were screamed out of a blender. They wear spikey hair on top, straight sides, and long bangs that slap you in the face. They dress like they’re trying to be cool from the 80s but just ended up looking like a bad copy of a pop star.

A long-haired punk is the one guy in the punk scene who still has hair and doesn’t care if you think he’s a poser. He makes his own clothes, he moshes harder than you, and he doesn’t even flinch when you dye your hair pink while he’s getting bruised in the pit. He’s the real deal, even if you don’t like him.
