A fact with some juicy lies squeezed in between to make it taste like a real meal but it's just a bunch of crap.

When someone takes a real fact and sticks a bunch of nonsense on either side to make it look like the truth, but it's just a bunch of bull.

A fact that got dressed up in a fancy suit of lies, pretending to be the king of truth when it's just a regular guy with a bad attitude.
