A gang that ran four spots in East LA like it was their own personal playground, Whittier Blvd, Brooklyn Ave, Aliso Projects, and City Terrace. They didn’t just hang out there. They owned it.

Yo, I was at the Aliso Projects and some Trece dude told me to leave or he’d beat me up. I left. I was scared.

They took over Brooklyn Ave like it was a video game. You didn’t get past them without a fight.

I saw a Trece member at City Terrace and he was wearing a crown. I think he was king of that block.
